Breathing

As the day draws nigh, I worry that not everything is done.

We spent the afternoon with friends while our open house was in session. Of course we stayed into the evening because the kids were having so much fun in the pool. Of course I worried about everything undone. Of course, Chayse swam on her own today. No flotation devices. Put her head in the water and started kicking. She was having so much fun. I was so proud of her...even though we have spent years trying to increase her comfort level in the water to no avail. Today was just the day.
